Squads

At Centre court Tennis we offer Wednesday night yellow ball squad and Thursday afternoon hot shots squad.

Our all-inclusive pathway includes 2 weekly squads. 

Wednesday squad – 5:00pm – 7:30pm

Wednesday squad offers the keenest players the chance to train in a highly intense environment with kids of their own level.

Wednesday squad offers:

• Half hour fitness session covering cardio, footwork and speed.
• 3-9 coaches, all at a high playing level.
• Concentration on drills/hand fed repetition with progression to point play.

Thursday Hot Shots Squad – Thursday 5:00pm – 7:00pm

Hot shots squad is an introduction to squad training for the modified ball player. 

Hot shots squad offers the following:

• Intense drilling
• Tactical emphasis
• 30 minutes of fitness training
• Point play with a competitive focus
• Scoring and comp readiness
